The KyVillas Story
Ky Villas was created with a simple vision: Bring modern, thoughtfully designed housing to the communities we call home.
With more than 30 years of experience in design concepts, construction, and development, out team understands that building a home is about much more than putting walls and a roof together. It's about creating places people are proud to call home.
Eastern Kentucky is home to some of the most beautiful landscapes and strongest communities anywhere. We believe the housing opportunities here should reflect that. Ky Villas is focused on helping update and elevate the housing landscape of Eastern Kentucky by developing modern communities that combine: Modern Architecture, Quality Construction, Beautiful Locations, Low-Maintenance Living and Community.

Our Core Values
Uncompromising Quality
Every material, every finish, every detail is selected to meet a standard that most developers never reach. We build homes we would live in ourselves.
Kentucky Roots
We are a Kentucky company building for Kentucky families. Our communities are designed to honor the landscape and character of the region.
Long-Term Thinking
We build for decades, not quarters. Our homes are designed to appreciate in quality, community, and investment value over the long term.
Resident First
Every decision — from site selection to floor plan design — starts with the question: what serves the people who will live here?
